Off Leash Training
What sets the Off-Leash Training program apart from the On-Leash program, besides its length, if you plan to have your dog off-leash anywhere they could potentially be distracted and put in harm’s way. Whether you would like to walk your dog off-lead or want them to behave at the park, off-lead training is key to ensure their obedience with or without the lead.
We spend the time with your dog that is necessary to instill learned behavior to ensure that you can feel confident about letting him/her off the leash, with or without distractions, and expect the same obedient behavior, not unwanted behaviors.
At the 4-6 week mark during the training, we will have you join us at the facility to start working with your dog in person. you will acquire the skills and knowledge you need to continue the training at home when the course is complete.

During The Collar Club Academy’s Board & Train program, your dog will be exposed to real life scenarios, new people, and other dogs. Think about it like school, we start in elementary school (training in our facility)- junior high (training outside)-high school (training in public i.e. parks, stores, etc.). This properly instills the training results we achieve here at our facility to be the same results you will see in the real world.
We do not believe in “Behind The Curtain” training. All our techniques, philosophies, training methods and physical instruction are visible so that when your dog returns home, you can continue to use our methods and expect the same results.
The Collar Club Academy supports the community by being a leading resource for dog etiquette. We provide unlimited refresher training sessions in case you need more guidance with your dog (up to 6 months). Our Board & Train program is designed to support you and your dog long after the program ends, ensuring that you and your dog enjoy a happy and healthy relationship for years to come!
