Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.  At this time, we do not offer international shipping.  However, we reserve the right to expand our shipping destinations in the future.  Any updates will be reflected in this policy.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method selected, and total order weight.  The following options are generally available:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days (subject to additional charges)

Force Majeure

Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, or public health emergencies.  We are not liable for delays caused by such force majeure events.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email upon shipment.  If tracking information is not received within five (5) business days of order confirmation, customers should contact customer support at info@thecollarclubacademy.com

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following addresses:

  • P.O. Boxes.

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Freight forwarding services.

Interu Texas LLC (DBA: The Collar Club Academy or The Collar Club) reserves the right to cancel any order that violates these restrictions.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale, bulk redistribution, or reshipping through freight forwarding services.

Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Returns are accepted on most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” items will be clearly identified on the product page and/or during checkout.  These items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email info@thecollarclubacademy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If the return is approved, return instructions and a return shipping label will be provided.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges

Customers who receive defective or incorrect items must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.  We will either provide a replacement item at no cost or issue a refund, depending on item availability.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.  Refunds are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.  Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

Charitable Contributions

Interu Texas LLC donates 10% of net proceeds from all product sales to Mercy Dogs Inc., a nonprofit organization.  This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to community engagement and charitable support.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping and Return Policy at any time.  Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future orders placed after the effective date of the revised policy.
